Emma Stone, the 23 year old co-star of The Amazing Spider-Man, revealed in a recent interview that she has suffered from anxiety since she was a child... but she has developed her own strategies to overcome anxiety and calm her nerves.
Emma began her acting career in 2004 at the age of 16, in television, and has had successful starring roles in two recent movies, Crazy, Stupid, Love and The Help. She's just completed her starring role as Gwen Stacy in The Amazing Spider-Man.
Success at this level might sound wonderful, but it also brings an incredible amount of pressure with it.
But Emma has her own methods to cope with anxiety and pressure.

Emma said she kept the crew of The Amazing Spider-Man stocked with sweet treats during filming in a bid to calm her nerves.
"I think I felt really out of control of my surroundings," she said. "I was just baking all the time. There were stacks of things in the kitchen that nobody could possibly go through.

"It gave me a sense of purpose. I wanted to make people laugh," she explained.
"Comedy was my sport. It taught me how to roll with the punches. Failure is the exact same as success when it comes to comedy because it just keeps coming. It never stops."
